Refund policy

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in the same condition that you received it, with its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange request, you can contact us at info@amigoshoney.com or call/WhatsApp us at +971 5474 51560. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to the following address:

Sama Residence, Office M4, Al Nahda 1, Dubai, UAE, Deira

If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Customers may be asked to provide photo or video evidence of the issue for verification purposes.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, including opened or used honey products, perishable food items, customized orders, promotional sale items, and gift cards.

Due to food safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges for any opened or consumed products.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only and do not provide refunds.

If your exchange request is approved, return shipping responsibility will depend on the situation. In cases involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Amigo's Honey may cover the shipping cost.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We currently do not offer refunds. Approved cases are eligible for exchange only.
